Did she ever try to sue SNL for portraying here on there? I think she would have something if the chick was pretending to be her or if the general public was led to believe by the company that it was her.insomniahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10265778968333666335noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5394823378562812746.post-78666144883351726462011-07-22T16:30:39.491-04:002011-07-22T16:30:39.491-04:00I definitely think that she's a look a like. Working in the advertising world now, I see some of these subtleties (or some that aren't so subtle) to really attract attention to the brand.Amandahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00264648257398440130noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5394823378562812746.post-47500651019966996092011-07-22T14:23:59.039-04:002011-07-22T14:23:59.039-04:00When this commercial first came out, I REALLY thou...When this commercial first came out, I REALLY thought it was Kim. But my husband said it wasn't, so we googled it. That's when I realized how many people made the same mistake I did.

From a personal standpoint, I think it's pretty ridiculous what she's asking for. But from a business standpoint, it makes sense. Kim has her own clothing line, she's not going to want consumers thinking she's promoting ON's clothing if she sells her own. But I think the more sensible request would be just to have ON stop airing the commercial.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5394823378562812746.post-8065080448217233492011-07-22T14:23:07.228-04:002011-07-22T14:23:07.228-04:00Well I am going to be honest. Sheesh, if it were me, I'd take half a million or a million and run! :)Ashleyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15040611657800781471noreply@blogger.com
