Happy Thursday y'all!
Here's what I'm thankful for today!
Here's what I'm thankful for today!
I'm thankful that I had a safe drive down to my parent's house yesterday evening!
I'm thankful that my Army Reserve unit is letting me do my battle assembly hours for July early today and tomorrow. This way I get to spend my one year anniversary with my husband. Yep, in a little over a month I will be eating year old wedding cake :)
I'm thankful that I don't have to be at my unit until 0900. It sure beats 0530 any day!
I'm thankful that I'm getting to meet one of my oldest friends for dinner tonight for our usual Mexican dinner catch up. I've know her since I was 5 years old, and we're still close!
I'm thankful that I haven't caught the stomach bug yet that everyone has had. My mom, my sister, and my husband have all had it. yuck.
I'm thankful for Tylenol PM. I might not ever get to sleep otherwise!
Our 1 year old wedding cake tasted amazing! Like it hadn't been frozen. I hope yours is the same way! I've heard some people say their cake was really dry and not good so we were really shocked and happy!
ReplyDeleteTylenol makes an OTC sleeping pill that works great (if you don't need the pain medication that's in the regular Tylenol PM) called Simply Sleep. It says take 2 pills but I take one because it works great. I also will sometimes get the generic version of it too.
Yay for not catching the stomach bug!! Definitely something to be thankful for. Sorry to hear your family and husband weren't so lucky though.
Great things to be thankful for! I'm glad you get to enjoy your anniversary :) Hope you don't get sick!
ReplyDeleteI'm thankful that you posted wedding photos [happy upcoming anniversary!!] because I love looking at wedding stuff. You made such a beautiful bride!
ReplyDeleteLove your thankful list! There's just something about Girl's Night Out and Mexican food-they just GO together.
ReplyDeleteLet us know how that year old cake is - I've heard stories about it, which is why if we don't get to save ours, its fine with me, we'll just re-create it on our anniversary :)
