Friday Confessional

Happy Friday y'all!

Here are all my confessions this week ;)

Photobucket

I confess... that yesterday was one of those days. That quickly turned into one of those nights.
Y'all who have read up on my secret know what I'm talking about...
And I just let myself feel it for the day.
And I'm hoping that today will be much better.

I confess... that if I don't feel better today, I will just eat an entire basket of chips and salsa to myself tonight during date night :)

I confess... that I'm not particularly happy about all the things going on in my life right now.
It's not really my immediate life.
But it does have it's long term effects on my life either way.
And that's all I can really say about that.
Y'all already know how badly I wish I would have kept this blog away from people I know in real life.

I confess... that the play place I bought for D'Artagnan this week was more for me than for him. He's just too cute! And I couldn't say no to the price...$17!

I confess... that I'm a little sad that it's my last "free" weekend before school starts back next week. Although for the most part I'm ready :)

I confess... that my lazy bones have already found a crock pot recipe for my first day back to school! Crock pot Hawaiian BBQ chicken. I'll let y'all know how it turns out.

Now go link up your confessions!

I hope everyone has a fab. Friday and a wonderful weekend!

  1. Oh sweetie I'm so sorry to hear about your secret, I just went and read it. I hope you get to feeling more like yourself again soon. Date night sounds like a good start! I am also so sorry that you can't write as freely as you want. It's your blog and you shouldn't have to censor yourself. Boooo!

  2. I must have some type of depression anxiety also, I keep telling myself I will go to the doctor to get medicated, but I seriously don't want medication. I do but I don't. I seriously can sympathize with you and I think how brave you are to share your story. I appreciate you sharing your story with me, it makes me want to got to the DR more. My brother was diagnosed with Bi-polar and I know that depression runs in my family, I know something like that is up with me. I get wicked anxiety too and sometimes will cry about thinking about things like someone dying or anything bad. I keep myself up at night sometimes thinking about things like that.
I hope that you can see the light at the end of the tunnel and today brings to you a happier more wonderful day and weekend.

  3. :( I am no stranger to the world of anxiety, so when you say you're not feeling yourself, I understand a little too well. I had a pretty off day yesterday, too. Let's hope that today is brighter for both of us!! <3

Either way - go for the chips and salsa, it's good for the soul. :)

Where did you get that kitty play thing for $17?! That's such a good deal, my mom has like HALF of that and she paid $20 for it. It's just the cube and it has things hanging off the side, the cats love it. Glad to see D'Artagnan is enjoying it too, he's so cute!!!
